How to Return or Exchange an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.
1. Please email info@sunderlandmw.com to request a refund and we will assign you a return authorization number. Items received at Sunderland Machine, LLC without a return authorization number will not be issued a refund.
2. Mail your returned item to:

Returns Department (insert return authorization number)

Coopersburg, PA 18036
3. Include a copy of your receipt in the package with the product. Clearly indicate on the receipt the item you are returning.
Return Exceptions
Items that have been custom built or personalized for the customer cannot be returned.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Shipping and Packaging
The customer is responsible for the costs associated with packaging and postage to return an item to Sunderland Machine, LLC. Exceptions to this requirement will be made in the case of manufacturers’ defects.
Sunderland Machine, LLC will not be responsible for items that have been lost in shipment. It is suggested that shipping methods that include package tracking be utilized so that proof of receipt is available.
The shipping charges for the original shipment of items from Sunderland Machine, LLC to the customer will not be included in any refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted as long as the returned item is in its original, unused condition.
